At Capzy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must include original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- Customized or discounted sale items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by Capzy (wrong/damaged product).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
